Dear parents of PS196,
 
The Spring Schedule of Classes is now available on our website and Registration is now open to all parents.

This semester we have added to our schedule, Chess Club, which will be available for all grades. We will be working with instructors from NY Chess Inc. and students will be assessed and placed in their appropriate levels.
 
In addition, we will also be offering Chinese for Beginners, and Intermediate-Adv. Chinese for all grades. This class will be taught by a teacher certified in Chinese Language. We are very excited to have her teach our children at PS196.
 
Fun With Science is available for grades K-2and will be taught by our science teacher, Ms. Raber. This class will be held in our brand new science room/lab.
 
Music With Ms. Park is available for grades 3-5 and will be taught by music teacher Ms. Jean Park. This class will be held in our brand new music room.

Music with Ms. Melissa is available for grades K-2 and will be taught by music teacher Melissa Corona. This class will be held in our brand new music room.
 
Art w/Ms. Haar is available for grades 3-5 and will be taught in our brand new Art Room.
 
Origami & More is now available for grades K-5 and will be taught by our very own Ms. Judy.
 
Yoga is available for grades 3-5 is taught by Ms. Debra, a certified yoga instructor.
 
Spanish Speaking & Eating is available for grades K-5 and will be taught by Miss  Mimi.

Sculpting With Clay is being offered to all Grades, K-5 on Wednesday and Thursday.
 
We are all very excited about all our new classes and our very popular returning classes.
