Minutes – Executive Board Meeting
Tuesday, November 6th, 2007
The meeting starts at 7:30 upon quorum completion. Expedited
Elections for the vacant position of Treasurer takes place.
Unanimously elected is Mrs. Christine Rapp.
It is also voted and unanimously
agreed upon that the PA will pay for the Staff Luncheons.
The Be Cool After School program
is briefly discussed and so far the financial part of it is
breaking even with the current registrations covering the
operating expenses for this month.
It is expected that in January an improvement takes place as
some programs like birthday parties and cupcakes will become
another source of revenue.
Maria Romero reports that the Halloween party made $4400 for
the PA. A vote is taken for the PA to match the Penny
Harvest Drive money collected by the children and majority
agrees with this matching fund , it is approximately
$1400.00.
